E.ON tasked MAST to make its AI strategy, initiatives, and use cases more visible to employees across different business units. By transforming the existing internal online AI Library from a digital platform into a physical experience.

Tangible AI knowledge at the workplace

Together, we fine tuned E.ON’s existing concept of an interactive installation that brings AI knowledge into the offices and turns it into a shared experience. A place where employees can browse use cases, discover existing AI projects, and better understand how AI is already taking shape across the company. We converted this into a modular booth: something employees could walk into, browse, and experience – the “AI Experience”.

Mobile and modular design

This thinking shaped the design into a modular system with a strong visual identity, integrated digital screens, and a physical presence that can adapt to different office environments. More than an information point, the installation becomes a space for awareness, exchange, and connection.
